As you think about starting a new school year, take time for yourself...

NIGHTTIME MEDITATION FOR TEACHERS

A Weekly Appointment for Calm and Well-Being

Our next series will begin in October. Stay tuned!

Once a week, for just 30 - 40 minutes (your choice), gather with colleagues, set down your “to-do list”, settle in for the evening, offer yourself some kindness and find peace at the end of a busy day.

The  demands on teachers are huge right now.  Our focus will be on mindfulness practices that can be deeply supportive  AND that we can actually weave into the small moments of everyday life -at home, at school and even with our students.

There is something powerful about gathering with like-minded colleagues, and in making the weekly commitment to self-care.

Each session, I will offer a few thoughts and then guide a practice.  There will be time for shared reflection so that teacher wisdom is always honored and celebrated.  Stay for the full 40 minutes or leave after a half hour.

I HOPE YOU WILL JOIN ME!
