Weaving Mindfulness into Everyday Life

Mentoring, Classes and Consultation

Monday Evening Mindfulness

I began offering these sessions during the pandemic. These informal weekly sessions have provided a wonderful sense of community and a nourishing way to begin the week. Although currently on hold, another Monday night series will begin again soon.

Mindfulness in Nature

Resting into the restorative qualities of nature can offer us peace, self-compassion, awe and perspective. Nature-based meditation enhances our connection with the earth and with what most deeply matters. I offer retreats and classes to connect us deeply with the support and wisdom of the natural world.

Mentoring Sessions for Kids and Families

I offer one-on-one or family sessions, either on Zoom or at your home. These sessions utilize tools from the fields of mindfulness, yoga, social emotional learning and developmental psychology to help children (and families) find calm, build resilience, manage difficult emotions, stay focused and achieve goals. Session length is either 30 minutes or 1 hour.

1-1 Mindfulness Instruction for Adults

Individualized sessions to help you begin or deepen a mindfulness practice. Sessions can be 30 minutes or 1 hour.

All-School Training:
Mindfulness and Social Emotional Learning

The goal of this consultative work is to provide a school-wide introduction to an approach and to practices that offer children, teachers and parents tools for resilience, self-regulation, kindness, self-compassion and wellbeing.

Six Week Introduction to Mindfulness

This “deep dive” series introduces and deepens the ways that we can bring mindfulness into our own lives. Over the six weeks, participants gain support for establishing a daily mindfulness practice and learn a variety of mindfulness meditations and practical techniques for weaving mindfulness into daily life.
