NIGHTTIME MEDITATION FOR PARENTS

A Weekly Appointment to Nourish Your Heart and Ease Your Stress

Our next series will begin in October. Stay tuned!

Once a week, for just 40 minutes, gather with other parents, set down your mental “to-do list”, calm your body, offer yourself some kindness, and find peace at the end of a busy day.

The demands on parents are HUGE right now. Our focus will be on mindfulness practices that can be deeply supportive  AND that we can actually weave into the small moments of everyday life.  The practices are for you, but many will also be useful with your kids.

There is something powerful about gathering with like-minded parents, and making the weekly commitment to self-care.

Each week, I will offer a few thoughts and then guide a practice.  There will be time for shared reflection so that parent wisdom is always honored and celebrated

I HOPE YOU WILL JOIN ME!
